1. Why the security can not be removed in Win Vista?
   
   There are many inquiries that carry out the file(UsbEnter.exe),when the file in the USB flash memory is displayed by explorer.
   The error will appear by Remove Security, because the file in the USB flash memory is displayed by explorer
   When the screen of input password is displayed, please close the explorer, then remove security.
   Security can not be removed in Vista about 100%, if explorer is displayed.
   
   
   
2. Can I take out the data witch in the USB flash memory when time limit of trial is over?
   
   Yes, of course.You can take out the data when time limit of trial is over.
   There is a time limit of trial of [+Ver.][++Ver.][#Ver.].You can remove security from the operation menu,then take our the data that is saved in the USB flash memory,and uninstall USB Flash Security when time limit of trial is over.

3. Can it be used other then the USB memory?
   
   We have got information that it worked with an SDHC card from user,so it may be used other then the USB memory.
   We can not check operation of the USB Flash Security in SDHC card,so we can not answer your inquiry.Please check operation by yourself.
   
   
   
4. How can I return the state that I bought USB memory?
   
   You can uninstall the USB Flash Security from USB flash memory by the operation menu which installed in the PC.
   Please attention that the data in the USB flash memory will be deleted in this case.
   
   However if you do not want to delete the data in the USB flash memory and use the memory as usual, you should not uninstall from the operation menu. You should disable security from the operation menu of [USB Flash Security] that is installed in PC.
   Disable Security of [USB Flash Security] can be enabled from operation menu.If the USB flash memory is the state of enable security, password is needed to access the data in USB flash memory.
   
   
   
5. Can the security be removed in Windows2000?
   
   We can not promise that when we will remove security in Windows2000,but we will realize it in the future.
   If you want to use USB memory in Windows2000, you can disable security from the operation menu in WindowsXP.
   
   
   
6. Why the security can not be removed when the correct password is input?
   
   By the state of Windows, password is input in half size.
   You can check the password by the setting and removing of password after Ver.1.2.0.
   
   
   
7. Can an account with a limit remove security?
   
   It is necessary to be a administrator account.
   Please install it to USB flash memory or the other Processing by a Administrator account.
   Remove security can be done by an account with a limit in the following procedure.
   In XP
   Display the file in the USB flash memory by explorer.Right click the remove tool(UsbEnter.exe),and choose administrator account of [Carry it out by the other user].
   In Vista
   Input the password of administrator account,when the screen of user account control display for removing security.
   
   
   
8. Why is the error [It failed to update the device.] displayed?
   
   It is thought influence such as other security sofeware of USB or software that USB machinery which is always watched.
   When it is installed to USB flash memory the error appear as the same cause.So when install the it,please close the other sofeware about USB machinery.
   The following sofeware that the error will appear for using it at the same time have been checked in our conpany.
   • Photo Downloader(Photoshop Album Mini)
   • ENCRDLG.EXE(SecureLockWare)

9. Why the security can not be removed by the other PC outside?
   
   If the account of the manager of the computer has a limit by policy setting(has not[Administrator]Authority),the security can not be removed.
   
   
   
10. What is the Disabled Security which in the operation menu for?
    
    Disabled Security is that make protected area to be seen.
    For example,you want to use the USB memory in Windows2000 or an account that is not administrator.So you can disable security in the other PC that is WindowsXP or administrator account.
    
    
    
11. What is the Enabled Security which in the operation menu for?
    
    Enabled Security enable that the security is disabled by Disabled Security.
    
    
    
12. What is the copy of remove tool which in the operation menu for?
    
    Copy of remove tool is that remove tool(UsbEnter.exe and autorun.inf) will be copied to USB flash memory, when the remove tool is deleted by carelessness or the new remove tool is updated.
    
    
    
13. After removed the security,why is it locked automatically for uniformity time?
    
    About this phenomenon,we can not give a clear answer,because our PC can not reproducte the phenomenon.

    There is a point setting the recognition of the USB device in bios of the PC which occurred. There are [Auto] [Enabld][Disabled].A phenomenon did not occur when make [Auto] to [Enabld] in the default.
    However, strangely, I returned it to "Auto" of the default once again just to make sure afterwards, but after all the phenomenon does not occur.

14. Why can the protected area always be seen?
    
    There is a case that when an error occurred during removing security,use the botton [Cancel] to finish remove tool,then the protected area always be seen.
    When an error occurred during removing security,the screen of remove security will be displayed again.Click the botton[OK] for removing security Without pulling USB memory.
    The reason of an error occurred during removing security is almost No.8 of Q&A.
    That protected area always be seen is same to Disabled Security from operation menu.So you should input password in order to see the protected area after enabled security.
    
    
    
15. Why cannot I install USB Flash Security in Vista?
    
    When [Use User Account Control(UAC) to help protect your computer.] which is setting of user Account Control(UAC) is effective,the error will be displayed and can not be installed.

19. Why the warning of virus security is displayed by running release tool?
    
    We changed the method of release security that vbs file is used, when run release tool. It is the reason why the warning of virus security is displayed by running release tool.
    We will changed the method of release security, Please wait for a while.
    Measures of warining is that disable the virus security temporarily, and than release the security and enable the virus security.
    
    
    
20. After release security, when click the drive to open it, safely remove tool start and remove the drive.How to stop the safely remove tool?
    
    Delete the autoren.inf file in protected area and run the UsbExit.exe to safely remove when you want to remove the drive safely.
    The autorun.inf file in protected area is to add it to the menu by right-click drive. After release security, safely remove tool becomes top in the menu, so when click to open the dirve the savely remove tool will start and remove the drive.
    We will delete the autorun.inf file in next version update.
    
    
    
21. Why the folder can not be opened automatically by releasing security in Ver.2.0.0?
    
    After release security without high-speed, the folder will be opened as insert USB flash memory to PC.([Open with...]). It will not be opened by releasing security in high-speed.
    We will change the specifications of releasing security in high-speed (folder will be opened automatically).
    
    
    
22. Why the error message [The capacity is too large] display when install USB Flash Security ## to 500GB hard disk?
    
    500GB USB hard disk can be used in Ver.2.0.0, but the error message displayed when the hard disk over than 250GB in Ver.2.0.1. We will correct it in the next version. We have correct it in Ver.2.0.2.
    
    
    
23. Why the checkbox of "High speed release" is gray and can not change it by hard disk Ver.## installed?
    
    We named this opeartion high speed, because this way to release security is faster than the old one by USB memory. The checkbox is to select the old way or the new way to release security. The new way to release security if for hard disk. Error will be occurred when the security released by the old way. So we lock the checkbox.
    
    
    
24. Why the message [Found new hareware] always displayed in Ver.3?
    
    We change program to make it work stablely in Windows Vista/7, but the message [Found new hareware] always displayed. The message will not display in Windows Vista/7, and it displayed by first time to connect USB memory in Windows XP. If the message [Found new hareware] display, please wait until USB drive is ready.
    We recommend that please do not insert USB drive soon after starting Windows XP. Because if you insert USB drive soon after starting, it may take some time to display the message [hardware is ready].
    If install the [USB Flash Security XP Servece] to PC, [Found new hareware] will not display by product version after Ver.3.1.x. Please use it.
    The old version (Ver.2.1.1) can use it too. Please use it by your liking.
    But it can be used by product version(Ver.+/Ver.++/Ver.#/Ver.##) of Ver.2.1.1 in 64bit Windows. The free version(Ver.+none) can not work normally berfore Ver.3. Thank your for understanding.

25. Is it necessary to input safely remove tool to protect area?
    
    We recommend to use UsbExit.exe in order to enabling function certainly in Ver.2.
    The function "Hide the protect area" and "check the application which is accessing the data in USB memory" has been added. There are not any case tha function has not been enabled without using UsbExit.exe. So you can use it by your liking in Ver.3.
    The file autorun.inf will be copied to protected area when copy UsbExit.exe. If you do not use menu soft, you can delete autorun.inf. There are not any problem by deleting it.
    
    
    
26. Sometimes USB Flash Security service does not run. Why?

27. When install Ver.3 to USB memory, error message(816) disappear and install stoped. Why?
    
    The error(816) is displayed when the serial number of USB memory can not be get by USB Flash Security.
    Usually serial number is set to USB memory, but there are some USB memory without serial number.
    We will improve this error in next update(Ver.3.0.2).
